One of the best pubs in Chelsea, The Phene Arms is frequented by a healthy crop of the glamorous denizens who call this chic district home. Found between the famous King's Road and the Chelsea Embankment, both the street and pub are named after one Dr. John Phene, the man behind the idea of planting trees along streets. The attractive terrace allows some al fresco drinking, with the added bonus of a gas heater if it's a bit chilly out.
