More than a restaurant, the splendid interiors of The Ritz resemble that of a grand ballroom, and the exquisite chandeliers add to the vintage effect. The contemporary cuisine should be tried on a hungry stomach, especially the heavy Butter Poached Lobster with Parsnip Paillette and Braised Oxtail.
