River Spice is one restaurant that realizes the value of a nutritious diet; the Indian cuisine served here is the result of fresh ingredients and traditional Indian recipes. The cooks abstain from using food-colouring, artificial flavours, or preservatives in any preparations, and spices and herbs are freshly ground into masala every day. Besides the food and spice, note the colorful decor created with a clever mix of natural materials and fabrics. The only thing that may strike you as odd is the restaurant's name - River Spice, which is nowhere near water!
