This is very much a family-driven centre and, over and above the usual fitness offerings, there are many activities planned for people of all ages. As well as a large gym and two dance studios, you can try out one of the three pools, or the twelve indoor tennis courts or thirteen outdoor ones! Children's membership varies depending on the age of the child. There's also a nanny service and creche.
