This was the first family club of its kind in London and has been running since 1987. It has a welcoming atmosphere and in the afternoons is full of mums and toddlers, whilst in the evening commuters come along to unwind. The club is comprehensive and upscale, featuring everything from dance studios and a gym to great indoor tennis courts. The layout is a joy and Riverside is a great investment if you want a refuge from both London and its typical, impersonal gyms. Its restaurant is also worth noting as it provides fresh food to order.
