Although it is named the RS Hispaniola, there is little Spanish influence aboard this boat cum restaurant. In fact, the food tends to be French-influenced making an evening here better than the average Channel crossing. The service is naturally ship-shape, and the Hispaniola offers a great three-course set lunch. All in all, the dining experience here is more for novelty value and good views. The RS Hispaniola can be hired out for corporate functions and entertainment in the form of magicians, musicians or belly dancers.
