Terrence Conran's empire continues apace with his latest addition to London's upmarket tailoring street, hence this haute Italian name. A truly well-tailored restaurant, the dining room is expectedly plush - blacks and creams, modern furniture, subdued lighting - making this one of his more formal venues. The menu - pasta, fish, meat and vegetarian - is classic Italian in appearance, but many dishes could just be described as trademark Conran with their perfect presentation and the emphasis on substance as well as style. Much of the food served here is organic.
