This upscale Mayfair brasserie is still as stylish as ever, and a good place for older locals and visitors who want a taste of the area. The split-level restaurant is airy and rather posh, while the 1930's basement bar comes straight out of a Graham Greene novel. In warmer weather, with the displays of seafood outside the restaurant, it is extremely pleasant to suck on some oysters or munch on a salad. Generally, classics like Shrimp Cocktail and seafood dishes are well-prepared and straightforward.
