The two huge dining rooms differ tastefully in decor: one is Victorian, with traditional Chinese designs, while the other is more modern, the walls being adorned with appealing Chinese art. Try the recommended Dim Sum: pork-filled fried dumplings, served with red vinegar and ginger strips, and the main course of Baked Fresh Lobster with ginger and spring onions.
