This restaurant's name conjures up images of quaint trattorias - Shino's, however, is an airy, modern Italian venue with brilliant views of riverside sights like the London Eye. Sleek and light, with wooden floors and sparse furniture, this restaurant follows the trend of modern yet casual dining venues popular in London. The menu runs the gamut of ubiquitous Italian dishes, seasonal selections and pizza. The grilled mushrooms with garlic and rosemary are earthy and fragrant; the veal escalope or grilled tuna follows it up perfectly. If you want a light lunch, a pizza and salad hits the spot. Shinos can organise private parties for up to 250 people and they'll even let you choose your own music.
