This friendly pub, resplendent with more than its fair share of military memorabilia and paintings, is in one of the more trendy and affluent parts of the city. Recently refurbished in tasteful style, The Wellesley Arms has plenty of seating outside for drinking when the sun is out, and always seems to be busy. It has a small, comfortable bar inside, with a traditional feel, a fine dartboard and a healthy crop of locals. One of few places in London that serve a good selection of real ales.
