"Situated under the rather grim Westway flyover, this multi-sports centre has much to offer. It features indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a climbing complex (the largest in the UK), six all-weather ptiches, basketball and netball courts, a flootlit riding arena, an 11 a-side astro-turf pitch with a spectator stand, a weights room and social facilities. The beauty of the Westway is that you don't have to be a member to use the facilities. It's very popular with the rising tennis stars of the area, so if your game is rusty, you might be put to shame by your neighbour's swish strokes. Brush up on your forehands, backhands and serves with one of the centre's highly competent and friendly coaches. Individual and group coaching are available.
