Ye Olde Spotted Horse is ... well, old. Now owned by Young's Brewery, this cosy drinking den was established in 1809 - and it doesn't seem like too much has changed. A roaring log fire dominates the room, and nostalgic paraphernalia, photos and drawings adorn the walls. As well as a full compliment of real ales, there is also a great selection of traditional pub fare, ranging from open sandwiches to modern, Mediterranean dishes.
