With its sumptuous sushi and 60m of conveyor-belt convenience, YO! Sushi at Poland Street is the chain's first restaurant to throw open its doors in 1997. This, the flagship of the YO! Sushi fleet, brings a piece of Japan to the heart of London, and the recently spruced up eatery now sports mirrored leather interiors and a reputation of being the best sushi stop in Soho. Prices vary, depending on whether you like the vegetarian sushi or the more expensive sashimi.
